Privacy policy

For an order request, the site collects your name, email, and phone. If you choose delivery, it also collects province, canton, district, address, and directions. If you request an invoice, it collects the tax details you provide.

Those details are used to prepare the order and for the business to coordinate it. The WhatsApp button opens a message on your phone; this site does not send that message and does not use a WhatsApp API.

The public order summary uses a long random link. That link shows the code, products, quantities, prices, and whether delivery is still pending. It does not show the full address or tax details.

Administrative access lets accounts with an administration role see contact details, the address, and the invoice. The site does not offer a tool to sell that data.

This text does not set a retention period beyond what is needed to handle the order. It does not replace a legal notice the business may publish later.
