Purchase terms

Creating an order on this site records a request. It is not a charge and it is not a confirmed sale.

The prices shown are product prices in colones, calculated again on the server when the order is created.

Pickup does not include a delivery cost. If you choose delivery, the address is stored and the cost is confirmed later on WhatsApp. Until then, the subtotal covers products only.

Payment, by SINPE or by a link provided by the business, is coordinated outside this site. Only the business can later record that the payment was received.

If a product is no longer available before the order is created, it leaves the cart. The business may also decline an item while coordinating the request.

An invoice, if you ask for one, is issued outside this site with the details you provided. This site does not connect to the tax authority or to an invoicing provider.

These conditions do not set delivery times, returns, or warranties that the business has not defined separately.
